Our thoughts and prayers go to all who knew Bob Emery a great man from Florida who died saving 3 stranded dogs on a Houston highway. He was a man with a great heart who was working in Houston on hurricane Ike recovery efforts. He would not stand by and let the frightened dogs die, as they shivered in the center of the highway. The 3 dogs are safe now because of him and doing well. All three were wearing collars and authorities are tracking down their owners.
